Welcome letter

When you have been admitted to the programme you will receive a welcome letter in May with introduction and practical information. (Only for international students)


In the Welcome letter you receive information about the registration. After your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Deadline for registration is beginning of August, exact date in the welcome letter. (Only for international students)

Student account

To participate in this programme it is essential that you have a Student account. More information regarding application to the student account will be sent to you in beginning of August. (Only for international students)

Study the programme

Studentportalen (Student portal)

The Studentportal is a general used web portal/learning platform for Uppsala University. We use our own learning platform so no teaching will take place at the Studentportal. However, you do your registration here (second semester and forward) and you can also see your records, results and print certificate. Here you forward your student e-mail address to your private e-mail. We use your student e-mail address at the programme, no private e-mail addresses.

Campus week

The campus weeks is held during the autumn semester (around end of September/beginning of October) in Uppsala. For the first year students in autumn 2019 the campus week is 23-27 September. You should check whether you will need a visa to enter the European Union, including Sweden. This website provides information:

Information from Uppsala university

You may receive various information from Uppsala's International Office, regarding visas and other matters. Please note that some of that information only applies to students who are coming to live in Uppsala during their studies. It may not apply to our distance-learning program.

Important: Student at this programme cannot obtain a residence permit from the Migration board of Sweden.
